The Pit in the Tamoe Highland
The Ancient Tunnels
The Worldstone Keep

They are good because they are level 85 areas, meaning normal monsters can drop from TC 85 and champions and uniques (minion bosses) can drop every item in the game. Also you get more exp here, although that doesn't really matter, since you're MFing.

I like to MF in Chaos Sanc, I find that my hammerdin owns them all (most hammerdins do in that area) and I get very good drops w/o the hastle of hard-to-beat bosses. I have heard that the two "holes" (i forget the names) next to Blood Raven in A1 can drop nice too. I don't mf there, so I can't tell you if that's legit or not. Eldritch and Shenk in A5 frigid as well as Thresh Socket at the entrance of Crystaline Passage have good drop rates too.

As said in the previous reply, the pit is a major skill charm and all around uniqe hot spot and would be a great spot to check out. Also, if you are on any kind of a "rune hunt" countess is a great choice and she can drop some HR's (i forget what the highest she can drop is, but it's up there)

One last spot is trav/council next to mephy. They drop TONS of gold and that is usually where I find most of my unique rings for some reason. I do them every run as well.

Hope my .02 was what you were looking for!

Have fun
CJ
