for best results, blizz is better, but if you want to do a dual tree, orb is fine.

Hi and welcome to the forums! Don't forget to stop by the Single Player Forum to make and introduction thread for yourself. Well, "perfect" orb sorceress? There are so many things to consider. Do you want to just use mainly cold spells or use spells from the other trees as back up? Also what specific spells do you want to use? There is a Sorceress Guide Library that can give you most of the info you're looking for.
