Question about Diablo running

I am wondering, on Hell difficulty, what the probability is of Diablo dropping high-end items like Ber runes, Homonculus, Stone of Jordan, Arm of King Leoric, anything Trang 'Oul, etc. ?

If you've downloaded the ATMA muling utility, it has a built in drop calc. Diablo generally isn't the best MF target, since it takes pretty much forever to kill him. All the baddies on the way there can also drop well of course, but they dont have the elevated drop rate of act bosses. For the type of gear you were talking about (excluding the runes) Pindle, Meph, and Baal/WSK are probably all better time investments.
