Building Chars on Open

Howdy All,


Looking to try a few new builds on open b4 I put them into play on closed, can anyone point me in the direction of a "safe" proggy to make some chars.

I'm not in big need of creating charms, mostly runes.

Phy and others were talkin bout editting the "shaman" for tcp/ip duels...if it is feel free to nuke the thread but I can't see why.

I specified that I intend to use them on open for research purposes, is that against the rules?
