Prebuffing Energy Shield Question

Hi! I'm trying to figure out the LEAST number of hard points one would need to place into Energy Shield to reach the 95% cap at level 40.

Some obvious sources of ES skill buffers:

Rings=2

Belt=1

Armor=3 (Ormus)

Ammy=3

Charms, Anni, Battle Command from CTA=12


Now I'm not sure about the Helm and Weapon:

1) Helm: Is there anything better than a plus 3 lightning skills circlet that can spawn? For example can a plus 2 to light skills, plus 3 ES spawn?

2) Memory: can a white staff spawn with plus 3 or plus 2 to sorc skills, plus 3 to Energy Shield? What would be the best white staff that could spawn in which to make memory, considering our goal?

If only plus 3 is the best we can do on the helm and only plus 9 on the staff (Memory on plus 3 ES white staff), then we have a total of plus 33 to ES.

Therefore the fewest number of points we would need to place into ES would be 7 in order to reach 40 unless we can improve on the Helm and Staff.

Can we?

1. No circlet can spawn +2 Light +2 ES.

2. I'm pretty sure +3 Sorc +3 ES is acheivable in a white staff, but good luck finding that... :rolleyes:

Those numbers where correct, u can have a max of +33 to Energy shield, so 7 hard points for 95 %
