Help me calculate charge and smite damage with grief [Archive]

Is the +damage from Grief added before or after ED? Could anyone post a formula for me? Many thanks.

Thanks for the link. I'm still not seeing a formula for charge damage, however. I'm more concerned with that than smite.

Just about all melee attacks (except Vengeance and Smite for example) use the same formula as listed for Zeal in that thread.
