Confused, lost, PVM dual dream enchantress

Ok ive been reading so many threads/posts about some saying its good and bad. Now i wanna try this build cause that damage looks ludacris. But like always a sorc is somewhat fragile and that kinda bothers me. I DONT wanna go the BEAST route, and i wanna use PASSION phase blade prolly just cause i have this thing for zeal. Also on that note what is the fps for passion pb, what rate can she get to and how much ias would it take?

Im not that rich i think i can maybe afford the setup on the sorc maybe, and maybe some light skillers. But overall i mean how effective is she, because some people say they have ar problems etc. But i can see how she has such massive overall dmg the question is can she hit, and can she take the hits. So do i run ES? or only put 1 pt into it. If someone can post their successful melee PASSION Dual Dreamer pvm setup, that would be great and their skill allocation and items and reasons why.

Also on the merc question holy freeze? what gear too? insight for es?

Im a little skeptical about the build but it looks like it could be alot of fun, so i wanna consider tryin it and to be semi unique even though everyones jumpin on this bandwagon.

Okay, first of all, it's not going to kill you to add in some punctuation into your post. It may be quicker for you to type, but it's a hell of a lot harder for us to read.

Sorcs do indeed have crappy chance to hit. You'll probably have to get a Blessed Aim merc from Normal mode, load up on fine charms of dexterity etc and have like 200 dex. Using double Dream means sacrificing a lot of gear, IMO. Would you consider just the Dream helm and an upped Visceratuant or Stormshield? Heh, or maybe a Pheonix Shield might work...

0-1 Frost Nova (It's like a HF aura... except you have to actually cast it, and doesn't work on CI)
0-1 Shiver Armour (not really necessary)

Thats bullocks, as far as i can see you will never hit 5 frame zeal. For a sorceress to hit 10/7 zeal you need 65% ias, you got 25% ias on the weapon so you will still need 40% OWIAS.

The breakpoints for zealing with a sorceress are the following:

Zeal FpA IAS% tables
zeal frames for sorc: (courtesy Roguemage)

[-30] speed 1-handed swinging weapon (Phase Blade)
11/8: 30% IAS
9/8: 54% IAS
10/7: 65% IAS

*[-10] speed 1-handed swinging weapon (Scourge, Caduceus, Warpike)
11/8: 70% IAS
9/8: 109% IAS
10/7: 129% IAS

I also strongly reccomend the use of a vipermagi. You are gonna need a bit of faster cast rate since you will need to tele in and out pretty often to not get swarmed. I Reached the ias breakpoint by using deaths gloves+belt (cbf, 30 ias, 15 all res) and socketing the vipermagi with a ias jewel. By the way, for pvm passion can be quite annoying with the monster flee on it, but i suppose you only need a few hits on them anyways before they drop dead, especially if you use an infinity merc

i got a enchtress with delerium helm and dream shield. But i gonna rebuild here with es and full block.
Fire damage is 7k light is 4.5k i think. I think shes realy fun, with a good merc with holy freeze i think u can solo baal with here.
