[NL] Need Help for a Mid-Level-Dueler Pally

can anyone give me some suggestions as to wat a good mld pally should be built like?

lvl 57 is the max i could go i think.... so im gonna need some help on the skill build and item builds too

Go Smite like me =). I got a thread on what I use and currently with only 5 skill gc's I pack 1.5k smite dmg, 1k foh dmg with lvl 9 conviction, 1207 base life 40% dr and straight 90 res all with quite a bit stacked. Smite>Zeal and idk how well hammerdins do at lvl 57. Im going to try and get my smite dmg up to 1.9kish or so without lvling. And if you go with Cta dont put points into holy shock to up ur foh dmg like me. ^_^
