bonenecro question

my friend has a bonenecro and he is amazing i can never win with my foher and my ww barb, i was just wondering wat is the best character for beating a bonenecro or the character that stands the best chance, thanks

A high ES sorc, most likely an Orber or FBer.

best thing i can think of is another kind of ele char, id go with a sorc with lots of fcr and tele alot, or go with a trapper and mind blast him sick while the traps kill him. foher isnt that great because he can just raise some summons giving you a hard time hitting him and you have to wait for conviction to get on him while you get hit by spears and spirits.

i suggest using es orb. fb is good but they can send out a fire golum and it basically acts as an impenetrable wall. orb always shreds necros.

aim for the necro not the golem. :)

problem with that is that no matter which direction you attack from, the gollum will come towards you to attaack, getting himself inbetween u and the necro, of course you can still kill the necro, just saying life is easier with orb imo.

But yeah I guess Orb is better since it's easier to Aim and they move around a lot.

But Lightning is a lot less of a hassle (Compared to FB).

Problem with orb is that its too easily negated. (2x ravens + snowclash and u r healing). Imo a good blizz teleporter should do it or lightning ES sorc (nice range and lightning can get some insane dmg).

With my FO/ES I havent had anyone *fully* absorb my damage. But against a charger with good life/res and dual ravens it took me 2 extra orbs to kill him. Thus I was generally running to town after I killed him with >200 life/mana.

My next build will be a 200 fcr Fire Bolt sorc, and I will use ES to make up for the lack of resists. I have calculated that with a decent ES (81%) I will still be doing 12-13.5k firebolts with optimum gear.

I do not know why you want to make a char just to own your friend + ppl with only a specific build, it seems the best against good Bone Necs seems to be none other than Bone Necs... except that in that duel everyone will be using Teeth... -.-

You never win with your ww barb period, or you never beat this friend of yours with your ww barb? The other responses for beating a bone nec are great, but if you want a fun character that can do well against (virtually)everything, then its the BvC barb. A lot of sorcs get owned by windys, bowazons, and trapesins. The BvC can handle 'em all.

Personally, I usually do pretty well versus bonenecs. Dodging spears isn't unlike dodging fireballs, and I'm usually tagged by spirits when I go kamikazee or the terrain jams me up. That doesnt mean they're easy, because they can tele, spam, tele, spam---seemingly all day. Decrep doesn't help things. But tell me about your barb, and what fcr items you're using (unless you're using arachs and 2 fcr rings, you're putting yourself at a big disadvantage). You should be playing him at least even.

Name lock tele + WW seems to put an end to most bone necros for my BvC.
