Vengeance Bps?

I am making an Avenger Paladin for my local mp group and I plan on using an Azurewrath, but I don't know the bps for Vengeance. If anyone has these, I would greatly appreciate any help at all. I plan on Shaeling the Azurewrath, so how much IAS would I need to reach a decent bp

Also, is a 4ps Vengeance possible?
