Yes. Different auras stack.

Paladins on bnet usually aren't very smart, so in a party with 5 Hammerdins you usually get 5 concentration auras which won't stack on top of each other --- occasionally you meet Paladins smart enough to switch to another aura, since even a level 1 +skills Fanatism is better than a useless 2nd concentration aura...
