I am currently making a bone necro (lvl 55), and I have just acquired a wizspike. Now here comes the tough decision: Do I use the wizspike, or do i trade for a white wand. I would keep the wizspike, but the thing is i dont really have any other items that grant +to necro skills. I am also 15 dext points short of being able to use the wizspike, if that matters at all.

without a large amount of +skill items it sounds like your bonemancer's damage isn't going to be very high... i'd use the white wand (depending on how your FCR is)

Looking at the statistics a white wand shouldn't be to hard to get yourself...
If you do like 60 nm countess runs at players 8 or 80 at players 1, you are bound to find the necessary runes. And getting a +3 to bone spear or spirit wand with 2 sockets should be a breeze. (try finding a +3 to teeth bone wand... took me 3,5 hours of talking to drognan.)
