Shopping for Wands

Hi,

I'm just wondering if it is possible to buy a 0os or 2os 3 Bone Spirit Wand? I'm trying now with my lvl 25 necro and Bone Spirit wands don't seem to be appearing. Is it because there is such a low chance of finding them or do I have to level a bit more?

If this has been asked before I apologise and could someone point me in the right direction :) .

Yes it is.

Get them from Drognan in act2.

Thats what I'm trying now. Is my level sufficient or do I need to get more exp?

You can't buy white (or socketed) +x Bone Spirit wands from vendors. White +x Bone Spear wands can be bought from Drognan.
