My barb has been running into a few bone necros lately in pubby dueling that use slow when he hits their minons or the actual necro.
Is this simply them wearing a nof belt? Could someone explain what is happening plz.
Thanks

Except for GF and MF, nothing transfers to minions.

When you hit a clay golem or it hits you there is a 100% chance of slow. The slow effect probably ranges from 40-60% depending on whether he put skills into the CG or not. And it stacks with decrepify. Very nasty. You should learn to avoid minions in the first place. If a necro hits you with IM while you're in mid whirl you get the full damage if you're hitting the minions, not the adjusted PvP damage. I've been pondering builds that put a full investment in the CG for a while now just to see what happens in duels.

Appreciate it Pherdnut. I never took the time to look at that. Yes, there was always a clay golem around.
