Just mf'd a few sheilds.. any good?

Got the first from hell Diablo, the second from nm Diablo.

First:
+2 pally skill, 30% faster 20% better blocking (is this what people are taling about when they say a sheild is "30/20"?) 29% cold res (large sheild)


Second:
Bone Sheild - 30% faster blocking, 20% better blocking, +2 str, damage reduced by 1,
cold res 20%,
lit res 20%,
fire res 20%,
psn res 41%

What about when someone calls a sheild "priz?" Is this in reference to the prefix "prismatic?" And if so, would it aply to the second sheild?

Are either of these any good?

The bone shield is worth close to an soj, the pallly shield is garbage. 30/20 wont help you when you have holy shield on so its basically a +2 30 lr shield.

priz is when the item has between 16-20 resists. Your shield has stacked psn resists (if it was stacked lightning or cold resist you could get an soj or 2 easily)

thanks for the help, although Im worried about trading for SoJs, being heavily duped.. you can perm items in classic right?

But just to have it, I'll probably keep the sheild, it would be a good sorc sheild, right? (the bone one)

Yes it would, i got a 17 fhr prismatic psn stacked bone shield, its blue because od 11 damage to mana. only thing i wish i had was 30/20 mod. It's great for doing andy because her psn can be a pain, specially if you're a fire sorc and need to dodge the other monsters while your life is being drained by psn.

While that +2 Pally sheild may not be very good, it's quite a bit better than any other +2 Pally shield I have found. I would keep it around.

So if legit items are worth nothing, how do you get items on non ladder? I don't feel like starting all over if ladder resets, i'm just getting started :D
