Can you spawn him in single player games? or is there little chance of ever getting a anni charm without playing on bnet?

He only spawns on closed bnet and only in hell games he will drop an Annihilus.

Open B-Net has even more hacked items than the Realms, IMO.

I'm pretty sure that in public trade games on open bnet you will *allways* get hacked items...
