You made an excellent deal, even if the WT have perfectly bad MF, but this more an issue for the trade value forum.

30 % is the lowest possible, but for 6 perf topaz that isnt really bad

I once trade a 24life elemental GC 4 a lem when i was a true noob, because I want to make a weath runewords to MF, lol. That guy must be very happy.
