Hey i was wondering if this stuff combined with the skill strife would take care of the PIs:

Harmony GrandMatron ele damage
A few charms adding lightning poisin damage ect
and a reapers toll merc

I'm using a low magic arrow, but elemental damage should work as well.

I did have to retreat from one hard PI boss recently, though --- almost lost the merc, and his HPs (the merc, not the boss) went down real fast. Since this was in Canyon of the Magi I decided to just ignore the boss and go around it.

For PIs that decrepify can break I prefer to just strafe, despite their high resistance. A bow with elemental damage would come handy here :-

EDIT: don't forget that bosses are dual immune.
