Ok so this is a site/forum about diablo 1,2,lod and you have 422 world of warcraft avatars,13 guild war avatars and 0 diablo avatars :confused:. I'm just curious as to why there are no diablo ava's?

Maybe they ran out of memory?

Seems consistent to what happened with the user-defined avatars: they deleted them every now and then, I can no longer upload my standard image because it's an animated GIF and the forum software tells me it's too large.
Worked perfectly fine before...

So at some point they ran out of memory, and maybe they also deleted the avatars from the oldest/least popular game as well?

Hmm, Myrakh-2 you seem to have been a member for a long time. Were there ever d2 ava's avaible?

I also have another question. When did the first ladder season start? Exact date anyone?

Season one started sometime around the 28th October 2003, at about the same time as Patch 1.10 came out. The first season ended about the 8th of July 2004, which is when the second season started.

If your using this to try and guess when season two ends, it won't work :). If that were the case, season 2 should have ended sometime around March (possibly the 17th), which it hasn't. :uhhuh:

Edit: I thought I didn't have the date of season 1 start, but I did..

Its a lot cooler to have your own avatar though. Even with 400+ avatars in a library, people would still just use like 20 of them.

Ya i figured that out. First season was around 9 months and this season looks like its goona be over 12 months... I'm waiting for it to reset so i can get back to playing >.<


Its a lot cooler to have your own avatar though. Even with 400+ avatars in a library, people would still just use like 20 of them.

Most people have diffrent tastes so you never know.
