Do traps leach mana or should I just put points into energy? I have a lightning sentry assassin.

Traps are minions and do pure elemental dmg. They don't leech at all. Not even mana/kill will help you.

How.. dare you suggest putting points into Energy!
I've never seen a build that actually productively uses points into Energy that could've way been more useful in Vitalany.

If you need to solve mana problems, mana pot. Nothing wrong with that. If you're ladder, get an Insight Merc. Get +Mana Equip. But DO NOT put points into Energy! Highly recommended.

In non ladder, Insight cannot be made.
I have a lighttrapsin, untwinked, and I added 40-50 pts in energy. Because even with magefist, I was fed up lacking these Blue pots. I still have 1000 in life. Trapsin is a safe character, you lay traps, you step back from 1/2 screen and there is nothing more than dead.
