you won't. you need to hit -95 base on a weapon to hit 4 fpa on a one handed ww weapon.

Well, wouldn't it be possible w. a shael werewolf and IAS jewels?
So by -95 you mean base weapon speed + all other IAS?

only weapon ias is counted for werewolf fury(kinda like whirlwind for barbs)

A Phase Blade with 65ias on it would hit 4fpa fury. A shael ginther's rift only has 50ias and hence only hits 5fpa fury :( For PvM and this speed i'd pick a shael stormlash over ginther's rift :D

dimensional blades are not -30 they are base 0. Shaeled ginthers will only hit 6 fpa. I told this guy the same thing before but he decided to waste his time and ignore me, oh well too bad for him.

Ginther's Rift will upgrade into a phase blade. I think that is what he meant.

No, he said he was going to use it on a lvl 37 wolf, so no phases for him. Even if he was going to up it, it would be a pathetic weapon for that lvl anyway, oath cryptic or scourge >>>> it, grief PB is >>>> it even more.

Thanks, didn't realize only weapon IAS mattered.
