Using dual Chaos and a nice amount of +skills, it seems to do a lot of damage, however, a friend warned me not to use the skill Dragon Claw, as it is bugged and wont do much damage.

Anyone care to explain the bug when using Dragon Claw?

It is one of my favorite skills, but if it doesn't work properly...

The only "bug" with the skill is that it is interruptible. In 1.09 it wasn't that way. The Arreat Summit also has an error which says chargeups release on both claws, which is untrue.

Other than that, the skill works just fine. It's a bit slower than Dragon Talon, and a lot slower than Whirlwind (dual wielding). Also, because of claw damage being lower than, say, BotD; your damage will not get to very high levels.

And the damage of Dragon Claw skill is counted after weapon bonusses apply or before? Eg: does dragon claw apply to the claw itself or does it apply to the total ed on that claw? 40-50 or (with 300%) 160-200?
Because Dragon Claw skill damage is listed the same rate as Paladin Charge iirc.

You sound very confused, or perhaps misinformed. According to the Arreat Summit (http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/skills/), Charge has a much higher base damage and rate of increase for the ED. Furthermore, this skill works like every other source of skill enhanced damage for weapons. It is added to other sources of ED (such as Claw Mastery, stats, etc).

Another thing that you might not have been told, where I could see someone say "bug", is that the charge up bonuses only effect the 1st claw that hits when using DC, not both. So, if you have TS fully charged at lvl 1 which is 300%ed, the release of the charge is only applied to the 1st claw.
