yes it would work:) just be sure to make in a good defense helm with some nice skills

Try to make sure that your helm is a sexy and stylish one. Don't forget this isn't a prebuff helm but rather one that you're going to be staring at for a while. Style is everything.

The Arreat's-looking style is very nice. Watch your Strength requirements though.

My dream helm is probably a Guardian Crown with +3 BO/ +3 Shout/ +3 Iron Skin - as I have the necessary strength to wear one :drool:

The helm I've got (well, will get it soon) is a Slayer Guard with +3 BO/ +1 Iron Skin/ +2 Taunt. The Taut is useful as my frenzy barb has maxed Taunt already, and so with 2 additional points, the final ar + damage reduction will be around 50%

Hmm i too have been trying to land a nice 3os barb helm to make a Delirium for my bash-stun-warcry barb :P Looking for one with +3Warcry/+3BO..and maybe Nat Res hehe. This helm rocks on swing attack barbs cos anything less than 4fpa attack (like WW) then ctc confuse and attract charges are great crowd controllers i feel. So is it confirmed that fury visors look cooler then rest? As for a +3 Taunt helm i may be wrong but only hard points into synergies work for a skill (like Frenzy) and not +skill :( Oh ya someone @ the statistics forum posted a white barb helm with +WW - all this while i was under the impression that combat skill cannot spawn on em anymore hehe
