FA freeze lengh and cold damage : more freeze length

it worked like this a long time ago, but dunno if its still like this

if you wear other items that have cold damage, for example charms, then yes. the cold duration from charms will stack with FA

Yes, but it's not worth it. For 20 points spent in cold arrow you only get an additional 2 seconds in normal (0.5 seconds in hell) freeze length. The base is 2 seconds normal, and Raven Frost adds 4 seconds. Each charm is 1 second. So if you get 6 cold charms then you'll have a 3 second freeze in hell.
