Leap atack pvp

How good is leap atack in combination with leap in pvp, and why theres's not many leap atack users in pvp?
I know it's hard to targed enemy with LA but with help of leap(short ones) you can keep other player in hit recovery and slowly advance closer to him, lastly hiting him with LA(damage is uber).I tried it, it works quit good against unexperienced players.

Because you wont ever hit any non-retarded player with it, not to mention that their block/def will handle 80-90% of the non-existent hits.

lol if leap can actually keep a person stunned for endless amount of time to the point you can actually leap 500 times to slowly advance closer to your enermy's range and that leap attack has ignore player's defense and always hit, it'll be uber....
