How to equip CoA?

I've read about BvC's having base str and still equiping CoA.
What I don't get is that since:
Enigma at level 99 would only give 74.
Draculs gives 15.
Anni gives 20
Thats 109 add the 30 base and its 139.
But CoA requires 174.
How do they use Greif/Beast Highlords/DualRavens/Verdungoes and still have enough str to use CoA(BerBer)?

Other possible sources:
T'gods for 20
Caster belt for 20+
Caster ammy with up to 29
Caster ring with 20+
Various boots have a str boost.
Str on charms
etc. etc.

Lots of possible sources.

well 35 strength isn't that much... with 7k of hp you could spare those ~ 450 life :)

Beast can give u up to 40 str.

Exactly. With perfect beast+anni you can use coa with base str, otherwise you'll have to add a few pts.
