Pvp Wind Druid life or dmg?

Hi

thats my first Druid ever in d2 ;)
i was just wondering what skillers i shud go for?
rather shapeshifters cuz of oaksage or elements cuz of dmg and cycarmor?

hope someone can help me there ;)

I'd say go for elemental skillers, since the life will be pretty nice anyway if you build it right. (with almost all into vita)
The OakSage will get some nice +skills from equip anyway if you build it like most people do...
And besides, not shapeshifters... If you want bonus to OakSage, you should use summoning skillers. Shapeshifters won't help you there :teeth:

Definitely use elemental gcs. If you build him just right you can max syns and sage by level 94. Also, if you could maybe afford 20-30 life ele gcs you can still achieve high life. My windy does 6150-6457 dmge, hits the 99% fcr bp, and still got around 5300 life.

how do u guys build up res with druid?
i just took a closer look at my equip and it aint looking to good for hell :/

assuming you mean 29maras instead of 39, well, the resists arent great anyway. You should try to stack up some resist charms (+anni)...
I somehow dont like the use of spirit shields though, since they have crappy block and no resists. Sometimes the damage bonus from the +skills isnt worth it, same with castrate. I should use some other shield instead, and maybe even switch the helm for Jalal's if needed.
However, keep in mind, that a good cyclone armor absorbs quite a bit too, so pvm isnt really a resist-issue. (but in pvp, you'll need the resists)

my druid was lvl 89 on whcl, did 6.6k tornado he also had max block and resists in hell, with 4.5k life

but i str buged so i dont know if it can compare with sc druids,

but i use a rare +5 tornado and hurricane helm that i found in hell pit :lol: it had 20 cold 20 fire and 15 light resists and 20 fcr so it was very nice only think wrong was it as a antler helm only 39 def :( but i socketed it with a um, and if you use tgods and wisp souls can not hurt you and they heal'ed me in 8 player throne and having 1 point in bear always help, but i use a ber'd ss for max block and max dr too :thumbsup: it jsut up to choice and how you play i needed max block cause i port on top of monsters and sapm tornado and block help out heap

it was a very nice helm, i think the best offer i got was like 14 high runes (like 56 ists ) on whcl and but he died dueling, :rant: should have traded, i got gg but some ww barb doing 15k ww :rant: not happy

Nopes, that helm is not possible to spawn. All things should be able to spawn on a druid pelt except for the fcr.
Iirc, fcr can only spawn on circlets. Class specific skills can not spawn on circlets.

Thus, the +3 tornado/+1grizzly can not spawn on the same helm as the 20fcr.

That would be vita. I made a max block druid prior to this and I was disappointed with the results. Zons are absolutely no problem for the most part, and even rich ones can be handled without much problem. If you practice dueling barbs enough, you will win the majority of those duels if you have the right equipment. As bnet is mostly caster oriented, I went pure vita. However, a pure vita can reach 6k+ life..I'd just have to switch to 2 os circ ja'd P ruby and jah'd ss etc..it's really a matter of preference.
