Nether the bramble worn by me nor by the pet, the poison skill damage doesn't effect.
Is it available when worn by my pet? or the poison skill damage only useful when worn by myself?

Poison damage on Bramble (25% - 50%) is available only when u wear it for your poison damage u are inflicting! That means that the %ed from the runeword will help you to deal more posion damage when using the skill rabies on a druid or Venom on a assasin!
And by pet i guess u mean Mercenary! Cause your bears, wolfs can wear Bramble! So when your mercenary wears Bramble his poison damage will be higher in conjuction with a weapon that deals poison damage!

Use Bramble + Death web (5/5 posion facet) + 3 set parts from trang set (gloves + belt + shield i think are best suited for poison necros)....that would work nicely!
BTW if u really need more info about poison necros i suggest u post questions in the necro forums! You will certainly get answers to your questions for sure about your poison necro build!

When I find a Sur, bramble is my first choice! My poison nec already does 8k nova damage, and he's using the complete set.

I've heard it argued that Enigma is a better choice since it allows you to get in position to P Nova enemies faster but a perfect Bramble will undoubtedly add loads of damage to your attack. If you want to see the difference that +25% damage makes, take your Trang gloves off. Also, if you don't have a Death's Web, make that your first priority. No other item will help your Poison Necro out as much.
