whats a good guide to build my paladin to make Hell Baal more easier for me?

Nearly any melee build will have an easy time with Hell Baal if you have some crushing blow in your set up. Assuming you have max block and decent life you shouldn't have much trouble taking him down.

if u can afford all the valuable stuff
(such as enigma, hoto , etc.)

a well build hammerdin is very powerful

A frost zealot with lots of CB is a very cheap and effective build.
