some people say 60, some say 65... what ias is needed to hit max bp with zeal / fanat? on a berserker axe.

Assuming you have at least lvl 20 Fana, you need 60 IAS for a 4 frame zeal with a zerker.

Checked it out on the german speed calc.

when I type in all my info there, under IAS, if i have no outside ias, and only the 60% on botd, do i put in 60 ias? this is for zerker axe
