Question About Fcr for Teleing

I heard that Sorc and Necro FCr is the same. My sorc teles with 50 Fcr very easy. My question is 30 enough for a summoner (Leoric + Trang Gloves) or should I get a hoto ?

You heard wrong. The FCR bp's for a necro are these:

Faster Cast Frames(Speed)
0 15
9 14
18 13
30 12
48 11
75 10
125 9


With 30 FCR you will hit the 12 frame bp. A bit slow.

That is a bit slow, but slow may be ok, depending on what you are trying to accomplish. If you are just trying to keep your army together for general gaming, no fcr is probably fine. If you are trying to be the "runner" in the WSK, I would suggest trying to hit the 75 bp, and possibly the 125. I can't comment on dueling, but I would think you would need more fcr for that as well.

The uniq spiderweb sash offers +1 skills and fcr - this would be a juicy option for more fcr if you needed too :D I run Hell Baal with just HOTO and it works ok for me but i make it a point to wear a lightning absorb item like t-gods/wisp in case i tele in the middle of black souls and i never got killed by them hehe In any case fast tele isn't desired by me as i remind myself that WS is a lvl 85 area so i just tele to huge packs and clear them and tele away if i want to save gold when encountering packs of OB Knights :P

p.s Oh ya rare +2 necro can spawn with 10fcr @ lvl 67 unlike crafted ones @ lvl 89

You can get 20% FCR circlets can't you?

A +3 Summon Darkforce Spawn would be pretty ideal and you get 30% FCR off of that although you'll take a hit to resists if you're using Homonculus.

Other options include rings and amus that can all have 10% FCR, 15-20 if crafted.

AoKL, DF, and Arachnid's will give you 60% FCR alone. A good circlet or crafted amu will hit that 75% point and maybe give some nice resists and + Skills too.

Don't forget Trang's gloves have 20 and skin of the viper has 30, in case you can't come up with that circlet or ammy.

spirit shield is a great option cheap runes, 2 skills up to 35fcr and you get the resists darkforce doesn't have on it.
con is the str is high so max block would take away alot of vitality
