arrow's n quills hurt baaaaaaaaaaaaad. just got stormshield from baal and trying max block out. i think it was a mistake. my teleport seems slower without the lidless even though the extra 20%fcr doesn't hit a breakpoint. i think when i have ss on it computes the chance to block and damage reduction and my comp is to slow to keep up. anyone know what's goin on or am i trippin out?
