Try the Mastery Sorc:

20 warmth
20 Fire mastery
20 lightning mastery
20 cold mastery

no other skill points anywhere.

Or the bolt sorc
fire bolt
ice bolt
charged bolt
and masteries

How about a ranged Blaze Enchantress?

Or if you're the suicidal type, a Shiver Armour sorc with lots of damage return (thorns, IM).
