Check one of the stickies here in the Sorc forum. Most of the builds that are displayed there (meteorb/fofw/pure meteorb/pure blizz) should be sufficient to solo in Hell.

Any well played double elemental sorc can solo hell relative easy, untwinked.

Since you're asking the question, I'm going to assume you are new to the class. If that is the case, choose meteorb. A link is stickied in the guides thread.

i solo hell with my orb/hydra sorc.people may laugh at my hydras but they make great watch dogs. :D

Of course, my sorc, that I has before stupid antivirus deleted it did solo hell 3 times, I did it just for fun, it was Orb/tele sorc, not really good gear, but it was giving me pretty much of skill points.

Yes, a sorc can solo hell. A dual tree sorc is one of the easiest characters to solo hell untwinked.

i understand what an orb sorc is but what is the tele part ? u just put points there to until it cost 0 mana ?

(well if i really really awakened the creative part of me, and pumped all of my points into masteries, teleport and ES I might manage to build a sorc that is not quite hell viable but still...it'd take some effort.)

this is my first time playing hell. Thats why i posted in every forum about every different character. Rather then just putting it in general thread and askin it i though if i posted it in different thead i would get more responce and quicker feedback. If thats a problem with you i am srry.

I'm sorry but it is pretty annoying seeing the same question in every forum, and it's not a very good question either. Go look in the Single Player Forum and you'll see people who solo Hell all the time. Every character class has builds that can solo hell. You only need to spend 10 minutes of reading on this forum to realise that. Moreover, if you actually bothered to look at the build guides stickied in every class' board, you'll see what builds people commonly in solo, multiplay and PvP. If you weren't so lazy and took a look around this board, you would have had the answers to your question and you wouldn't have had to make these asinine threads all over the place.

A somewhat less annoying question would have been 'what builds are easiest to solo hell?'
