How does bow glitch work?

I am wondering, you see characters that are wearing items like a bow but their char shows they aren't wearing it but still shooting arrows, like they are shooting arrows with their hands, how do you do this??

This is a strenght/dexterity issue that came with the .10 patch. If you require +to strenth or dex from charms to equip an item, it will appear invisible. That's why many characters appear to be wearing no armor, weapon, etc. It's easy to get 25-30 strength/dex boost using cheap charms. This also means you can dump more points into vitality, always a good thing.

So, let's say i need 100 strength to use a bow i get 99 strength with equipment then use a charm for 1 more strength and it will be invisible?

Yes, but only to others. You will always see your own bow.
