Is there a link where we can find what mod is avail on rare items?

I know that rare boot has a max mf of 25. If I wanna know what is the max data (max resists, faster run, IAS, FCR, MANA, LIFE, etc) on each single item (amulet, belt, boot, glove, etc), you guys know any place I can find such info? Thx.

It's not a bannable offense, but simply not a useful link. There are a lot of errors on that website.

For affix data, use the Affixcalc (http://www.diabloii.nu/affixcalc) or D2data.net (http://www.d2data.net). Just ignore the entire monster section of d2data.net, as it is wrong.

last question, how many affix and suffix I can have on rares?

Up to three prefixes and up to three suffixes. Rares have between two and six affixes.
