I am sorry I did not get the screen shot. But I saw a magical wirts leg today. It did +1 to barb skills and a little bit of cold res and some mana. It was NOT a rune word. I am baffled by this. Plus, the sorry chap said it does +7 to skills when equipt. Is this true, or just another scam? How is it that the wirts leg was MAGICAL BlUE? Not trying to be nieve, but do magical wirts legs drop? This guy said he was cubing!

Well, I do know that Wirts leg can be imbued (through the act 1, quest 5 reward), but that would make it yellow. If it was an actual magical item, it would only have two mods, not three. An no, don't believe him when he says it'll give +7 when equipped. Otherwise, I can't help much, sorry.
It must have been yellow, [Rare] not blue, in which case it was Imbued by Charsi. +1 to a certain classes skills isn't unheard of, I've seen it a few times myself. I'm guessing he was trying to trade it to you? A lot of people try to pass them off as "hacked." No, it won't give you +7 skills when equipped.
There's actually a fairly elaborate scam involving an imbued Wirt's Leg, the details of which I won't get into on here.

I just made this after seeing this thread, and there's (of course) nothing special about it like +7 skills.

you should have imbuesd it then you could have socketed and upped it!!!
Well, for those of you that haven't figured it out yet, just take any socketed Wirt's Leg and transmute it with three normal gems in the cube.

I think it upgrades to a hatchet or something like that, I don't think it looks the same either

Probably a hand axe and its exceptional and elite variants.
What I still don't understand, is how the person's leg had three different mods and was still magical, not rare? Oscuro's leg has three mods because two of them (max dmg and AR) fall into the same prefix, "fine". +barb skills, cold resists, and mana each have their own affix, so it must have been a rare to have those mods. Unless the leg was socketed with something, that is.
