I keep meaning to mention this to you online, but I've got a +3 Pally Combat with 24 DR ammy just rotting on my Pally. I know it's not 40+ life, but it has a very similar effect... at least against physical dmg opponents.

I would mostly be interested in a +2 Fire 10%FCR ammy (lvl 30) if you've got it.
