I was happening to try my pvp damage on useast hc with my Bowzon Flecharota lvl 88 using awsome equipment against my druid scary-dru also lvl 88 with 6.9k life (fury druid) on ladder btw.
I started shooting guided arrows and boom 1 of em pierces and hit twice!!!!
3k life īs of my druid went off.
You guys wondering what my guided damage on screen shows ... ok 1900-4959
lots huh?
I guess ill start dueling again with Zons

I am not sure I understand. You were using your bowazon and your druid? What equipment were you using and who took 3K life in one shot using Guided? Please explain further. Maybe I am just slow, but the story doesn't make sense to me.

Well. Equip was faith gm fortitude armor essencially.
Now 1 guided Arrow pierced the druid and hit again and took about 1.5k life from the druid each time it hit.

The chances of a Guided Arrow Piercing are so incredibly low as to be virtually non-existant. I am not saying they do not because I have had the exact same thing happen a few of times. From what I have seen GA must have about 0.00001% (which, for all intents and purposes, equals zero) chance to Pierce so don't get excited.

if your character screen shows ~2k to 5k, how would it hit 1.5k damage on another person with the pvp penalty?

This sounds like a bug or a glitch in the Matrix...Guided doesn't pierce anymore, but sometimes weird things happen...could be lag. Wouldn't build my dueling character around it for sure..

It's graphical only when Guided Arrow pierces. There's simply no way for the no-pierce parameter to change.
