no just a bit to the cheaper side.. not like 350%+ Eth Ba Botd and stuff..
but i have some setups in mind for my libby:
Helm: Shako
Armor: Duress or Guardian? (i can afford most others(not enigma but coh))
Boot's: Waterwalk's
Shield: Hoz
Shield2: Hoz Or A Ss?
Weapon: Dc?
Weapon2: Wizard Spike?
Ring1: Soj or Bk?
Ring2: Ravenfrost
Belt: Verdungos
Amulet: Highlord's Wrath
Charm's: Life And Ar smallcharm's
but for the V/T i have no idea just tell me to do another char instead of giving me an expensive setup :D
//cheers Tastychiken
Im not that poor but my fireclaw druid and zealot has most of my "goods" and i dont want to ruin them.. even if they Suck xD

well, depends on what you want to do. Who are you going to charge? zons, necros, casters in general? In those cases you might want a ss with the beserker axe. In most cases, an alma negra or hoz would be better. since you are non ladder, the botd ba is probably the best choice, but since you said you can't really get that, then we need to look at other solid options. I would say shoot for range 3 (kinda duh), and then look at the damage mods. Cleaver+highlords would give you 100 percent ds, but then your ar is gonna stink. Cleaver+gores+maybe LO in cleaver (or ed/max jewel or eth, etc.)=angelics as an option. much better ar and good life, too.
Gear suggestion::
D. Cleaver with appropriate socket
Gore riders/waterwalks/whatever
Upped shaft (or non upped, your call)
tgods
hoz
20/230+ ar frost (stats and ar both important)
shako (um probably a solid choice)
a few pally combat charms, rest max/ar/lifers as you can get it.
angelic ammy/ring
magefists (gonna need fcr at some point)
hoto/wizardspike/whatever floats your boat
again the hoz
gives 40 dr, decent life, probably maxed resists, good ar, decent hammer damage, etc. Just use what you can.

That sounds like a nice setup and it was for the libby right?
The V/T Setup is one of my favorites.
Helm: Ber Shako
Armor: Enigma/CoH
Shield: Up'd HoZ Zak 'BER'
weapon: Silence Phase Blade/Lacerator/HoTo/Grief Phase Blade
Belt: 15% DR/x Dungoes
Gloves: 15 Str Dravs
Rings: 200+/20 Ravenfrost + BK
Amulet: Maras
Boots: Duped Grim Spurs (East SCNL), Eth Treks
Switch: CtA/Lidless
Charms: 10x Pcombat GC's with life/FHR
9x XX Small Charm of Vita (resists/max damage)
1x Anni
Stats: Enough Str for 142 req for Up HoZ
Dex: Enough for 75% Block
Vita: The rest
Energy: whats this?
Skills:
20 Holy Shield
20 FoH
20 Fanatacism
1 Smite
1 Charge
Conviction (level 25 with all +skill bonus from items)
Holy Shock: The Rest
FHR BREAkPoints:
48%
86%
Now you might want to pump Convition a bit more.. since in duels, the higher level convicion works, while the lower does not work at all. This char is well rounded and has a high smite damage, and can hit about 5k FoH and 2.5k Smite (much more with Grief). I had this exact build and loved it.
