Hi all,

I just made a Pride 4 my might merc with a Eth Cv. After I did, I noticed the lvl of concentration is level 20. But I checked with the official site mentioned it is level 18.

What wrong with that? btw, i didn't figure out my barb frenzy damage could increase into 300% ed. It just had around 40% ed after it was equipped! :(

Please help. Or any calculation wrong? please help. thanks.

I don't know about the level issue, but mite, concentration, str bonus are all added together, not multiplied. You may only gain 40% to your total damage, but the 300% is added in at the proper time. Example:

Suppose you have a sword that does 100-100 damage and you have 300 Str and 200% enhanced damage from mite. Your total damage would be
100*(1+300%+200%) = 600.

now, add in 300% ED from concentration:
100*(1+300%+200%+300%) = 900

total damage only goes up 50%.

This is a very simplified version of the damage equation, but it demonstrates why you aren't seeing your damage quadruple.

Not to bump an old post, but I just made Pride and it's level 20 too. Just about every screenshot and website says it should be 18 though. :clap:

Website is wrong.

IIRC it says that "dream" runewords' mf varies between 15-25.

Too bad, made 4 weeks ago 1 with 13 MF. Have a screenshot laying around somewhere..

It's not a bug in the runeword, it's a mistake on the website.

The actual aura range on Pride is 16-20.

Try checking ebay if you are interested in max stats. Much more reliable than those "new" runeword stats on arreat summit.
