The first option for sure... more life, more damage, more attack rating.. all very important in BvB.. You could use the warcry charms to prebuff Battle Orders... although that's quite an inconvenience. If you are a Singer barb, the use the Warcry charms of course.

max/ar/life charms are the best overall.But a plain ar/life charm setup will yield you much higher ar,best for high ow buils like fury/beast.If you are on budget then mastery/life gcs are a good choice.
