how many ias i need more fore 7 fps??

i now got:
faith matriachal lvl 14 fana
gloves 20 ias
highlords
shako (15 ias)
bk
ravenfrost
forti
gore


what should i change on my gear and how many ias i need for 7 fps

You need exactly 44% IAS to reach the 7fps breakpoint. which means you need an additional source of IAS since you only have 20%+15%=35% (by the way I think you mistook shako for highlords). You don't mention your belt... but Nosferatu's Coil (Siggards Stealth) gives 15% IAS and is an okay belt..but just socket something with a 15% IAS jewel and you''re there..

and for a belt i use verdungo as that is best option for me and i play ladder so siggard no option:P

and for a helm i wanted to try dream, so i think i must use nosferatu if i want that 7 fps breakpoint if i not gonna use dream i just use mavina helm

shako (15 ias) - assume have 15ias jewel in it.

do you have problem with ml?

If you have problems with manaleech use a Manalds Heal, or if you're not that desperate try crafting some gloves, they can get mana leech as well as 20% IAS and +2 bow skills...

its a perfect glove for zon, always want to get one, but never can get. :p

I rolled +2 skills/knockback/20%ias. I did not like them.

Instead of bk or manald use a dual leech ring with some other mods like, resist all, life, mana, ar and so on! You will have problems with manaleech if you dont like to drink blue mana potions all the time! :p

well i just got this nice mav diadem, with 38/15 so i got my last breakpoint now and i must keep for my 7 fps or i must take nosferatu and then i could take a shako 3x/15 ed/ias jewel and then i could just hit the 7 fps but i am looking what is better now or just say what is better cause for me some efford less~~

edit: PRIDE rules get 315 ed extra from it

now got:
300 ed (forti)
315 ed (pride)
344 ed and lvl 14 fana aura (faith)

this is just 9xx ed from only these 3 rw damn it rules in pvp~~
