it might be lacking some AR and element dmg and life and mana leach but looks good :D

I think the damage is a bit low, there are some better unique ones, and I think U will have a lack of AR too...

i would've put ed/ias jewels or maybe ohm + an ed/ias jewel, since the extra ias needed isn't that hard to get.
