People Think Im Healing!!!

hi, im from US WEST LADDER. i pk with my lightning sorc (Cesna) and people think i heal. my character is lvl 90 and the build is a max block/lightning/energy shield sorc. my life is approxamently 300 without BO and 450 with BO. im thinking that because of my low life people think i heal because of the life regeneration. atleast thats what im thinking. heres my gear just for info if it's necesary.
- 2 shealed 3 lightning skills 20 cast circlet
- 39 hoto
- SS
- crafted ammy (2 light skills, 10 cast, 5 res., 75 mana, 10% mana regen.)
- Coh
- Arachnids
- Sandstorm Treks
- 2 rare rings
- magefist gauntlets
well thats about it excluding charms

if noone has an answer its ok. im just wondering if anyone might know why.

You own them, they need a reason for being owned. They make up an excuse that you heal to make them feel better.

That's the way dueling in pubs' go, no one can admit defeat and they always blame it on AA, lag, ads', healing, wrong skill, no hotkeys, running, cat on keyboard, dog piss on monitor, grandma died and the smell provoked them to press the wrong button, etc.

You could take out your belt and hold it on the cursor while they look at you with maphack, and if no potions pop out then you can shut them up for good.

Since you do so well with that little life, I assume you have a full inv. of charms right? Show them the full inv if you want, so they don't say that the potions went into your empty inventory rather than the ground.

That or squelch them ;)

I die due to lag during duels due to my internet connection. And a lot of people say "you healed" or " you potted" when they lose. I just had that happen to me yesterday. I killed a barbarian over and over again and he said I healed everytime I killed him even though he never even hit me. He was by far one of the worst duelers I've ever met. He had BotD, Enigma, SS, all of the godly gear but really had no idea what he was doing. So I'm pretty sure he ebayed all of his gear.

I like it when es sorcs teleport around tanking hits while never seeming to run out of mana. And it's really funny when mana pots pop up from their bodies when they die even though they said they don't use mana pots. :rolleyes:

Yeah...i've seen people actually heal though. With my trapper, they port away, mysteriously come back with more life...I point it out "haha, newb, I 'sorbed you!" 2 things come to mind...a) I have MH, no they didn't and b) my damage is too high for all but godley and massively BM to absorb. Even then...I dunno.

SO yeah, despite all it's faults, the only thing that really irks me is the nk-ing and town guarding...that is annoying as poop.

Sounds to me like you haven't been owning them enough. Kill them a few hundred more times and I'm sure they won't even bother to make excuses anymore.

what if some of those exuses are lagit though? i use dial-up internet, so i lag like a mofo, i still own most of the time, but sometimes it will show me charging at someone, then hitting them, then it will show me mayb 3' out of town dead in a bone prison or something, thats just not right...but yeah...i don't know why people think ure healing.

I like it when half of my character's body is invisible; watching a paladin's torso zipping from left to right out of town is pretty fun.

IM CESNA LOL hey wow i never knnew you were on these forums. also to recap, during pks i sometimes teleport away if i get baraged by a couple of hits just to get myself back together but then i come back and then they say i heal... well i guess it doesnt matter, ill just get more gcs with life (since i need it anyway) and maybe i wont have the problem. p.s. now you got me pondering...did you just want to make a post about your gear/skill? cause i a) didn't really need to see your gear and b) think the answer to your question isn't exactly a stumping one and of course c), im an a**hole

well i just posted my gear thinking that the total of life regeneration might be high, and was wondering if maybe that would be the answer to my problems, no you're not an a**hole and no i didnt just post my gear up for other purposes than to find out why people are saying that.
