Need some help with build

I was looking around and decided i wanted to build a chargedin. I don't know what to put into for the skills other than synergies. For a weapon im going to use Botd War Pike. Also are chargedins affective in pvp pub?

Yes...for nk-ing and town guarding. Too many of these on bnet right now, ant really recomend one. How about a nice trapper? :-D

First of all is this going to be on ladder or non? If its ladder I would suggest using grief instead of botd. Also you're going to have alot of skills left over. You might wanna go smite/charge since smite cannot be blocked and ignores defence making it very effective against melee.

IMO, the problem is chargers is the annoyance of charge lock, which causes you to stand still when trying to charge. The only remedy is to rejoin the game, usually not a big deal, but becomes quite annoying. Pretty much the reason I deleted my smite/charger.

Actually all you have to do is press "w" twice. Or at least it works for me.

This is for a different form of charge lock. Pressing "W" will get you out of charge lock when you freeze in a midcharge position and can't move or doing anything else at all.

The other form of charge lock happens when after you die and you try to charge but nothing happens. You still have full movement and can use all your other skills just fine, you just can't charge. Your character will stand still as if you were holding shift. For this, you need to rejoin the game.

theres another type for charge lock;if holy shield duration has over while chargin' it going to be same effective,you can't charge again...

To answer the first question: charge pallies are viable probably ONLY for pvp, it's just so damn frustrating to use them in pvm.
