i've seen some alright cry barbs, but i'd say save the throw barb idea till you find some really nice rare weps, cause otherwise you have about 4 options.
eth warshrikes are underestimated

I assume you are talking about using warcry to stun and then attack with double throw.
If you are, then I have good and bad news.
The good news is that you thought of something somewhat original.
The bad news is that my expierence with both type of builds would lead me to believe that combining them would only make for an inferior build.
Why?
You are combining to many necessary elements between the two skills. Double throw requires a minimum two synergies to be effective and plenty of IAS. So your basic double throw build at a minimum looks like this:
Skills:
Max Double Swing
Max Throw Mastery
1pt Double Throw(minimum)
And of course you must Max BO as in almost all barb builds.
As for WarCry it has three synergies that increase damage, but lets say you are only going to use it for stun and just want a high stun length.
So now you Max WarCry and then put 1pt in the one point wonder skills
Natural Resist
Battle Command
Leap
Six pts in PreReqs
90pts total so far, reachable at lvl 78 assuming all skills quests
So far this sounds decent but equipment and play is were the problems come in. Considering this is PvP, we have to remember that everyone is trying to be the best which is why there are so many cookie cutter builds. With the build above you will have the same low throw damage as a normal throw barb but with lower AR than a Maxed Double Throw one. Your WarCry damage will be ridiculusly low compaired to any other synergies WarCry Barb.
Also, you will need both high fcr and high ias, plus you will have to make up for your low AR with item AR. If you decide to go with angelics set(ammy/2rings) then you might have decent AR for most besides barbs and pallys. But you also need some IAS to throw fast enough to hit those other players so you need IAS gloves. No matter what your weapons are, if you are using double throw you almost automatically have low resist even with natural resist, because you won't have much for plus to skills. Your belt could be arach for fcr and skills but you still need ias unless you have a ias armour.
You won't have enough fcr to get off WarCry quick enough, your ias and AR won't be as high if you try to get fcr gear or plus to skills. Your damage is low, throw weps require a ton of dex, and barbs and pallys will tear you up no matter what.
Don't worry there is hope, instead of double throw, what do you think of this skill setup:
Skills
Max Conc
Max WarCry
Max BO
Max Weapon Mastery
1pt wonders mentioned above
Strat: WarCry/Conc/Warcry/Conc...etc
This might be suxor also but would do more damage and uninterrutible

I made a throwbaba once for pvp purpose. I can tell you it won't work very well. The range of throwing weapons is way too short and you get stuck with some bad attack rating. Although using eth warshrikes+eth lacerator is a very painfull combination. And the fact that if you throw fast you will become invisible to other duellers most of the time is funny too. If you decide to go the throwing route anyways for pvp, max double throw for sure you will need the attack rating bad. A good idea is to prebuff with the demon limb enchant charges also.
I tried a Crybarbarian too, they are funny with their huge amount of life and high lvl leap and incredibly fast tele and stuff. But the only way to kill some1 is to stunlock him. Don't expect to beat any duellers who have nice hit recovery. Also an enigma is a must and you will need 105%fcr i think it was. The next breakpoint is too buggy and the previous breakpoint is too slow.
If you build 1 of these i highly recommend a shield and max block, else every meleechar beats you in seconds. The problem with warcry is also that blizzard made some big mistakes on this skill. Namely it acts as a physical attack, therefore Dr reduces its already low damage and it can be blocked wich makes it even more less usefull in duelling. The only thing thats nice is that you can lock almost every amazon in their dodge/avoid/evade animations. The other problem is that you run out of mana very fast. But since ladder offers the rw insight for your merc this problem can be taken care of too. Its also nice to let your merc do some nice damage while you keep your enemy stunned. So make that insight in an eth elite polearm.
I am wondering since warcry counts as a physical attack, maybe the enhanced damage on fortitude and phoenix up the damage? does any1 know the answer to this or could any1 test this?
