I'm decently rich, USEast HCL, and am quite bored.
So....

Arreats-40 Ed Jewel
Highlords
2x Oath Eth War Spike (should I go with Eth BB/Highland or something else? Maybe something else other than Oath? Has to be decently cheap... no BOTD etc)
Fortitude Archon
Crafted IAS/Leech/Res/Stats Gloves? (to hit next bp) - Can be Dracs/Rends too
Verdungo
Marrows/Gores/War Travs
Raven + some sort of rare ring (duel leech w/ str?)
Anni
Charms undecided besides vita scs

Max BO, Frenzy, Mastery, undecided what's next etc
Str for gear
Dex for gear (not block since frenzy)
Rest Vita

Will Fortitude add enough dmge so I can skip pumping Double Swing/Taunt?
Shout next? Synergies?
Additional comments? Thanks in advance.

Hello there!

Well u can use eth crytptic swords too! It has 2 more average damage than eth warspike. Both have the same same base speed and range, -10 and 2.

Warspike
Req str: 138
Req dex: 59

Cryptic
Req str : 99
Req dex: 109

If weapons ethereal str and dex req are lower!

Now its up to you to decide!

Eth Cryptics will pribably be easier to make Oath in because they get 4 sockets with Larzuk.

For me, it's a question of range. If you're going swords then I'd suggest using a normally-2h sword such as a Highland or Balrog. However, these are good only for Barbs, so if you plan on moving the Oath to another character then a Cryptic is the way to go.

On the other hand, you seem fairly rich (Fortitude) so Griefs could be considered as well. Stormlash is always a good choice because of the Static and Crushing Blow.

For Skills, I'd suggest this:
20 Mastery
20 Frenzy
20 BO
20 Shout
the rest is a toss-up between Iron Skin and Double Swing, you can balance it out or choose to dump everything else in one. It all depends on how you feel playing; whether you feel you get hit too often or you don't deal enough damage.

Thanks for the help guys.
I've considered Griefs, but as for now until I get more resources I will stick with Oath.
An interesting thing I've thought of. Since Eth properties only give an addition 50% damage on weapons, why not use one Eth Oath and one non-eth Oath to utilize HoW and Iron Golem? HoW adds 125% damage and 130% ar I believe. Also, the Iron Golem + Merc can help take hits up front. Or should I still stick with 2 Eth Oaths?
