Question about the Rune word Call to Arms.

Say if you are a Necro using a Call to Arms weapon. Do + to skill items you wear raise the level of the Barb skills granted by the Weapon?

If they're + to all or specific to those barb skills, yes. Like if you had Shako, a rare amu that gave a +2 to all barb skills, or +3 to all Warcries. A full set of Trang Oul's however, would do nothing for those abilities since the +3 bonus is listed as +3 all necro and all the other skill bonuses are to necro skill tabs.

Most rune rich necros that use CtA just use it for giving another skiller for prebuffing minions before switching to Arm of King Leoric to prebuff minions and then back to Beast for the fanaticism aura.

I didn't think that +warcries(barb only) would boost the staffmod skills on CTA I thought only + all skills and + barb skill would.

Only +all skills can boost oskills.

it also says (barb only) on +barb skills, and +warcries :P and your necro might be big and strong, but he is no barb ;)
