What happens if you make an Iron Golum out of the Bramble rune word?

I'd love to guess... but it's only guessing, so someone else (Thrugg, RTB, Jarulf) will probably tear this post apart at a later time..

Anyway, what we know is:

- A bramble golem DOES provide thorns for the whole party, whereas a normal one never will.
- An IG does NOT get any effect from the thorns aura of a character wearing a thorns-providing item or a friendly thorns-using paladin.

Hmmm... if those two were correct, then my real guessing starts.

I suppose they COULD stack, but then it seems a bit odd that IGs with "extra" thorns from other sources does not return extra damage.

Nah, if I had to go for one option, I'd say that the auras doesn't stack, and it uses the aura with the highest skill level.

The issue is that the innate Thorns from the Iron Golem does not have a Slvl, it's merely a so-called aurastate, which refers to the same state as the aura Thorns. So the state is either replaced by the Thorns aura from other sources (which you claim doesn't happen if the source is not the item worn by the IG), or no other Thorns state is accepted, because the IG already has one. This is something that should be tested. Maybe later.

Thorn from bramble will stack with IG thorns..

but it will be stacked for IG only..
othets will get only thorns form bramble..

let say U have lvl 40 IG and made him out of 21thorns bramble..

thet would be lvl 61 to thorns on IG
and 21 to oll others..

I have no time now but I'm maybe wrong on those 61lvl
its maybe 40 and 21 separetly but I will test it later..

have U even tryed to test it.. I doubt or words above wouldnt be posted..

take fore example lvl 21 IG and test it on zombies act1 hell..

then make lvl21 IG from bramble.. and do it again on zaombies act1 hell

or I'm too high and trippin or when zombie hits IG made from bramble
he recives notecably more dmg then from first IG..

But really, the IG doesn't use the skill Thorns. It's in a permanent state of Thorns, and uses different percentages. I'm gonna test it tomorrow, with a bit of modding. Me needs some sleep.

well I have done test again
with some editing

used lvl 49IG and
test him on monsterts

then use lvl49 IG made out of bramble with 49 to thorns..

ther is posibility of eror but it realy realy seem thet second IGs thorns
is doing much better..

then I made lvl 98IG and he is doing better then first IG but not better then
second..

this can only mean thet 2thorns aura stack but separetly..
in this case it will not be lvl98 thorns but 2 time lvl 49thorns..
